Is it really the 15th of January?

So that’s the silly season out of the way and the excess baggage is in evidence (around me).

The run for Sunday will be from the car park at the Taybank in Dunkeld. The route will be to climb climb climb all the way to Loch Ordie and if you have a mind to, further on to the Ossian Lochs. The outbound distance is about 10 miles. The inbound might be the same depending on how the muscles/mind are fairing.

The plan is to meet at 8:30 at the car park (do you pay and display on a Sunday? Better have some change with you!) with your mountain bike and all the necessary spares.

Are you talking about Loch Oiseanneach or Loch Ossain? One is near Loch Ordie and the Other on Rannoch Moor 🙂

Glenshee might actually open, so no go. Sadly probably not until March !!
