It stayed dry!

The Perth boys went a cycling. Huntingtower meet up, it’s been a few months since John and i have met up.
Off out via Tibbermore to Methven then up Cogbrae to Glenalmond. The sun was shining on the hills and drawing us to them. On and up rolling along nicely. No temptation to stop at Amulree as the coffee shop is no more. The flying downhill brought a smile to our faces. Nearly as big a smile as the coffee and scone in Dunkeld at the deli (10.30 opening in a Sunday) sat in the window watching the traffic warden not showing and Sunday cheer as he was booking a car.
Home via Birnam onto Bankfoot where we were joined for a bit by a Dundee Wheeler. He headed to Murthly us to Pitcairngeen where we tried to blend in with the Perth United racers.
And the sun kept shining and the rain stayed away.
Wheeling the bike back into the garage i realised i’d been playing Russian roulette as my bag with spare tubes etc had not been on the bike but sitting in the garage!
