Christmas Eve Eve

’twas the day before Christmas Eve and all round the village cyclists should be stirring… their porridge … before heading out at 9am from T&P to get a nice fresh scone at Meigle. The route as ever will be full of dubs and gutters … let’s hope Santa brings this elf some mudguards. So, yes, the route … Whitelea Road, down Bursie, right at the bottom go right and head for Blair… through Blair and onwards through bandit country (I forget its real name) towards Alyth. Turn off this road and go to Meigle for hot scones and tea … Home thereafter any way you want!

Hopefully it will get me out of going to the madness that will be Tescos

Go to Tesco BEFORE you venture out on the bike … 5am would be a nice quiet time to go!

I suggested that to Les but she reckoned as we have to take her mother that there would be no chance of getting her there at that time so later in the day it is.

I can recommend Tescos delivery,Although he has been here twice a week, dont know if its saving money but it does save you leaving the house.
I was in M&S today it was like a Scotland England ruck! trying to get to the shelves.

I will be there, early as always! weather looks a bit more promising for Sunday, could not get much worse.
P.S. love the snow flakes., Ashley just walked by tells me they have been there for weeks. They were not there in August when I last looked! (must get to grips with this computer thing)
